We have been involved with the building of various projects for clients since we commenced trading . As part of our planned growth as a company we have now begun developing sites of our own. This began with restoring houses and and has now progressed to apartments and other schemes. We work with third parties in a lot of these schemes and have now established good relationships with local agents in the procurement of various sites in and around Northampton.
The images to the right show our site at Overstone Road in the Mounts area of Northampton. It is a grade 2 listed former curriers and bed factory which has been converted into 10 luxury apartments. We had to work with the local authority to keep the outstanding features of the building intact whilst upgrading the interiors to modern standards .
