Our first major foray into building new homes began in 2002.
We built 5 houses in an exclusive farmyard development in the Northamptonshire village of Hollowell.
Each house was constructed to the highest specification with sand blasted reclaimed bricks to new top quality welsh slate as cladding. The interiors have many luxury features installed such as oak trusses and oak floors, under floor heating and bespoke hand made kitchens by Woodbridge kitchen design.
House three has a large subterranean room which forms a games room and theatre. This house is formed around an internal steel frame, adding to the character of the house.
These houses were built on commission for a private client and offer the best the UK can supply in modern materials, blended with the most traditional.
