Since we were first established in July 1989, we have developed into one of Northampton's leading construction companies. The Colonial brand is well known locally and is synonymous with quality construction.

Having established a good track record in the specialist restoration of older and listed properties we began to build new homes and commenced work on new developments in the early 21st century. We also carry out works on all types of buildings both commercial and domestic.

Our range of works is quite large and we are happy to talk to all types of clients, from domestic clients looking for good quality works to commercial clients looking to discharge dilapidations requirements.
